Visit the IT Help Desk in the Computer Lab during lunch times for password resets, device issues, and printing problems. For urgent classroom issues, ask your teacher to contact IT.

  • Bring your device and charger if the issue is device-related.
  • Know your school username (firstnamelastname, no spaces).
  • Try restarting your device and reconnecting to Wi-Fi first.
  • For printing issues, confirm you are connected to RNLS_WiFi, not a personal hotspot.
