Help with passwords, devices, and school systems
IT Help Desk
Visit the IT Help Desk in the Computer Lab during lunch times for password resets, device issues, and printing problems. For urgent classroom issues, ask your teacher to contact IT.
Many problems can be solved using the guides below. Try these first before visiting the help desk.
Check you are using RNLS_WiFi with your school username and password.
Set up PaperCut on your device and make sure you are on school Wi-Fi.
Ask your teacher or visit the IT Help Desk. Staff can reset student passwords through the school system.
Sign in with your full school email and make sure you select the school account.
Adobe is only available for students in eligible subjects.
Get your laptop ready for school.
