Every student gets free access to Microsoft 365 apps online and on your device. Sign in with your school email to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and OneNote.

Go to Office.com

Open office.com and click Sign in.

Sign in with your school email

Enter your full school email address. Students use [email protected]. Staff use [email protected].

Important: When prompted, select Work or school account, not a personal Microsoft account.

Install desktop apps (optional)

On Office.com, click Install apps in the top right to download Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneNote for your laptop. You can also use all apps in your browser without installing anything.

Save work to OneDrive

Save school files to OneDrive so you can access them from any device. Your OneDrive is linked to your school account and keeps your work backed up automatically.

Common questions

I cannot sign in

Make sure you are using your full school email and selecting Work or school account. Visit the IT Support guide if you need a password reset.

Where are my class Teams?

Open Teams and sign in with your school account. Your class teams appear automatically once your teacher has added you.

Can I use Microsoft 365 on my phone?

Yes. Download the Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive apps from your app store and sign in with your school email.
