Guide for macOS

Please follow the steps below. Every step must be followed to ensure that you connect fully.

Step 1.

Click the Wi-Fi icon by the clock on your Menu bar.

Step 2.

Select the WiFi network called RNLS_WiFi

Step 3.

Enter your username and password and click OK

Step 4.

If you are asked to Verify Certificate, click Continue. Enter your computer’s password if you are prompted for it.

Step 5.

You should now be connected to the RNLS_WiFi wireless network.

Guide for ChromeOS

Please follow the steps below. Every step must be followed to ensure that you connect fully.

Step 1.

Connect to the RNLS_WiFi network

Step 2.

Ensure the following settings are applied:

SSID	RNLS_WiFI
EAP Method	PEAP
Phase 2 Authentication	Automatic
Server CA Certificate	Do not check
Identity	YOUR USERNAME
Password	YOUR PASSWORD
Anonymous identity	Leave blank

Step 3.

Push connect

Step 4.

You should now be connected to the RNLS_WiFi wireless network.

Guide for iOS

Please follow the steps below. Every step must be followed to ensure that you connect fully.

Step 1.

Go to your settings app

Step 2.

Select the WiFi, then join the network called RNLS_WiFi

Step 3.

Enter your username and password and click OK

Step 4.

You should now be connected to the RNLS_WiFi wireless network.

Guide for Android

Please follow the steps below. Every step must be followed to ensure that you connect fully.

Step 1.

Go to your settings app

Step 2.

Select the WiFi, then join the network called RNLS_WiFi

Step 3.

Enter your username in the Identity field and your password in the Password field. Click Connect.

Step 4.

Sometimes your username and password is all you need. But your phone may prompt you for additional entries to set, here are the options:

• Do not enter anything into the Anonymous identity field
• EAP method: PEAP
• Phase 2 authentication: MSCHAPV2
• CA Certificate: ‘Don’t validate’ or ‘Unspecified’
• MAC Address Type: Use device MAC

Step 5.

You should now be connected to the RNLS_WiFi wireless network.
